Info-On-Demand

Info-On-Demand allows you to configure pre-set information and send them when requested by your customers or users. You can also use this campaign like an Auto-Response Campaign or an Opt-In Campaign.

Static Information
You can configure FlexiSMS to reply with a SMS and/or email with an attachment. You can use this campaign type for customers to obtain brochures or forms easily via SMS.

Dynamic Information
Link FlexiSMS to reply with dynamic information obtained from any RSS feed. You will be able to define the number of entries from the feed to send. Each entry in the feed will be truncated and sent out in 1 SMS. For email replies, the defined number of entries will be sent in a single email.

By using feeds, you will now be able to serve information like flight info, stock quotes and other real time information whenever your users demand for them.

Auto-Grouping
Easily group all received numbers for this campaign into a new or existing Contact group, like an Opt-In Campaign. You can then broadcast SMS to the group in future.

SMS Format
Your customers or users should send the SMS request to you in this format:

<YOUR UNIQUE KEYWORD> <CAMPAIGN KEYWORD> <optional:EMAIL ADDRESS>

Example: “FLEXI BROCHURE jack@mycoy.com” will ask FlexiSMS to email the FlexiSMS sales brochure to jack@mycoy.com

Billing
You will not be charged for incoming SMS requests to +65 92 778 777.
Incoming SMS to 77877 will be charged at 1 credit/SMS.
Each outgoing SMS will incur credits as specified in the rates table.
If the response is an email, you will be charged 2 credits per email regardless the number of recipients. Email recipients will be limited to a maximum of 10 per email and maximum attachment size of 2MB to curb spamming and abuse of the system.
